The seller is extremely motivated to sell and needs away out ASAP and I need help to determine if this could be a wholesale deal or If I should find another solution. The house has a remanding mortgage of 174k. The sellers real estate agent says it can sell for 219K but the seller posted on Zillow at 199,900. Is there a way to wholesale this deal?

I have been trying to find tenants to set up a lease with an option to buy. I am having trouble getting into contact with people having this problem and I would like to reach out for some marketing strategies to get a hold of them. I tried calling brokers to see if the have any clients that are not quiet applicable for a mortgage yet. I would then offer to take out a mortgage with them and then lease the home to the tenants with an option to buy. I have not had any luck with this strategy. I may be making a rookie mistake here but does anyone have any good strategies for this?

Thats what I thought I A lot of negative feed back out there. Thank you.

I am In the process of looking to buy an investment property but I keep hearing the market will crash in the next 2 years. Is now a good time to buy an investment property to collect rent or should i wait for a crash ?

I am new to real estate and after reading and educating my self I found most of my intrest in residential assisted living. Im looking for people in NY area that have already started there residential assisted living and I would love to connect work and network with people in the feild. I used to work at a hospital as a patient care associate and an EMT for NYC i feel as if I have a good understanding of the service and business. I just need to learn how to start. If anyone can point me in the right direction to learn more about the topic or share some advice I would really appreciate everything I can get on this topic.

hey thanks for the info @Gabe Viteri ill be sure to look into it.

Thank you. I appreciate the advice I need to see what I can get pre approved for first but ideally I would like to get started with a multi family. I see you are a real estate agent in NY. Do you work at an office that I can get into contact with to start looking for homes?

New investor looking to purchase my first investment property in westchester county NY. As a new investor and first time home buyer does anyone have advice on where I should start for a mortgage? Should I go to a bank or should I go for a private investment loan?

I live in NYC and work for the city so i am limited to where i can live ,the 5 boroughs Orange,Putnam,Westchester, and Rockland county. I would like to invest in a multi family so I could live in one living space while renting out the other living space. Is anyone an investor in those areas that can maybe give some advice? Or should i start somewhere else as a 1st time investor?
