Post: college senior, no debt where should I start?

Hello! I am a rising college senior and plan to take a year or two between undergrad and the start of medical school. I wanted to begin real estate investing before beginning medical a school and have a cash flowing property to help offset some of my medical school expenses and/or house hack my living situation during medical school. I have been listening to BiggerPockets for a few months now and am wondering what step would be most logical for me moving forward.
