Shreveport/Bossier City is a big rental market due to the military base in Bossier City.

Have a friend that works with them and he loves it.  

Bossier City is the 6th largest city in Louisiana and has been growing for several years.  Estimate population at the end of 2017 is 70k+. With the military base in the area growing by leaps and bounds the rental market is good and elevated due to BAQ received by our service men and woman.
