Does Turbo Tax have the ability to handle effectively filing taxes on an investment property? This year will be my first full year owning a rental home and want to make sure I can be as tax efficient as possible utilizing Turbo Tax.

Sorry for just getting back to you. We actually just pulled the trigger on a property and need some time to build back up the war chest but would definitely be interested if you have anything available in the future.

I haven't seen much on what the projected impact of the eviction/foreclosure moratorium being lifted will be. Anyone think this will create a large number of buying opportunities or am I overestimating the impact? 

I'm currently looking at a property in Houston that's been on the market for well over 150 days. Considering how hot the market has been, should that serve as a red flag that something is wrong with the property or a product of them listing the property at too high of a price?

Thanks Ash and Joshua! Certainly open to other areas but figured starting out it would be easiest to target somewhere close to home that I could manage. 

My wife and I live in Sugar Land, TX (suburb outside of Houston, TX) and are looking for our first investment property targeting cash flow from a rental property. Anyone in the community investing in Sugar Land? It seems to have the makings of a good rental market (good schools, affordability compared to Houston, proximity to the medical center and other industries).
