Curious on what assumptions/numbers people are putting in the buy & hold for rental calculator for Houston.

Obviously most of the fields are property specific that can be found on HAR and Zillow but the other assumptions I would think would be the same across every property we look at.

Eg. What estimated costs, growth, etc?
