This maybe a bit off topic on the plumbers.  But does anyone know a good trash hauler in the lehigh valley?  I am doing a renovation in bethlehem and would need things to be hauled away before starting my project.

I am doing a renovation in the Allentown / Bethlehem PA area.  I am looking for a trash hauler to clear out the house.  Would appreciate recommendations from fellow memberships.

Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a property in Easton.  I am going through the renovation process at the moment.  It looks like there are some issues with the plumbing.  I would like to get a few quotes for the work to compare.  Does anyone have any recommendations for good plumbers in the area?

The plumber could be based out of allentown, bethlehem, easton.  Pretty much any where in lehigh valley.

Thanks!

Thanks for the inputs guys!  I think the buyer's agent commission is a really good tip.  Aligning incentives is definitely a good starting point.

@Charlie MacPherson thanks for the tip on photography school.  There are actually couple of colleges around my property.  I ended up finding the contact info for their photography club.  I sent them an email to see if anyone is willing to take a few photos for me for a fee.

They are not high end properties.  However, when i used my phone to take pictures of the house, those pictures turned out fine, but they just dont look professional.  I feel adding those pictures into the marketing material almost feels they detract from the whole thing.

I'd like to hear about everyone's strategy of how to market their properties for sale.  To be more specific, i am looking for ways to increase exposure for turkey property sales.  In my case,  I am planning to exit some of the property holdings in my current portfolio.  Those properties were purchased via foreclosure then renovated.  They currently have tenants and property manager in place. I know there some low hanging fruit when it comes to marketing.  For instance, people can market their properties here on the forum.  I know listing on craigslist is another one.    However, that's as far as my knowledge goes.  I was wondering if anyone could share some other avenues that they have used to market their properties.

My properties are in lehigh valley/allentown.  If anyone has any local resources, i'd love to hear about it.

Thanks!

Recently I have been thinking about the exist strategy for some of the properties in my portfolio.  I'd like to put together some marketing material for those properties.  Obviously, there will be historical financial as well as pro-forma.  I was thinking about adding pictures in there as well to enhance the marketing package.

For those of you who have hired professionals to take pictures of your property, where did you find them?  What kind of process did you use to vet/interview them?

My first thought was to go to craigslist, but the jobs section wasn't too helpful.  My properties are in Allentwon, PA, but I dont really know any local resources.

Any insight would be much appreciated.

@Max T.  That's great to know!  Maybe I will get my next long-term financing with them.  Also, they do desktop appraisals, which saved me ~$500 in appraisal fee.  The total fee comes out to $250.  Pretty good for a line of credit.
