Hello everyone newbie here looking to get started in the NYC area if that’s even possible. Wanted to know if areas such as Jersey City, Yonkers, and Staten Island are possible locations for flipping. Willing to tag along and “intern” to learn the game if anyone is willing to teach. Love the website and the podcasts are great
