Hi,

Im a potential first time investor trying to figure out how the demand is for section 8 housing.  Currently looking in the Melissa area for 5 bedroom houses (payment amount is high here).  My worry is that I buy a nice home here but no one to rent to.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

James

Thanks guys for the replies, very helpful information!

Best regards,

James

Hi Russell,

Thanks for the information! So I heard on a podcast that you can go and bid on foreclosures at an auction before it gets to the MLS. Is this not the case for Montgomery County, Maryland?

Thanks again,

James

I'm having a hard time finding foreclosure information on the Montgomery County, MD Circuit Court website.  To be honest, I'm not even sure I'm looking in the right place.  We're looking to buy an affordable home in this area.  Any help with a link or information on how to find foreclosures on the Maryland government websites would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks and stay safe,

James
