I will be starting up my own meetings for new investors. To help, share resources , educate and make deals

I can do monthly in my offices

Who would be interested? what would be best time/day?

I am thinking Friday night? Or saturday am

I work with many investors now, I see a lot that know what they are doing and many that need some help.

can I get some feedback?

Why not hire and train a team that can do all the maintenance. Give them 5% instead of 10. Just have a worthy real estate group that is willing, on the properties you buy using them , to set up electronic payments and late fee schedules. And do the evictions. To have in place waiting list for new tenants.
