I'm looking to Refinance my property before 6 months, does anyone know any lenders in Memphis or that lend there that do Cash-Out-Refinance before the 6 month window?

Just out of curiosity how did your first deal go? Flip, buy & hold, House hack?? How did you get started in Memphis? Again, great to feel welcomed to a new area like this, and always nice hearing the story of others who were once in my position!

@Andrew Syrios great feedback, thanks Andrew. If I can’t find that money (Ma & Pa) is it still possible to go via bank loan route? Just more expensive?

Hey guys, I'm new to Real Estate investing but I've really narrowed down my strategy to the BRRRR method and I'm looking in the Memphis, TN market to invest. I was wondering if there was anyone who could give me any insight on great Realtors/property managers/lenders in the area.

Also, I was wondering if it would be smart finance the purchase instead of using hard money to acquire my first property. Thanks guys!
