Nice to meet you too! I haven't moved to the area yet. I am currently still on active duty status stationed at Fort Stewart, Ga but my contract ends here in a couple months. I put Henderson, NV as my location just so I can establish myself.

I'm currently figuring out my plan now but am interested in investing into small family residential homes on the side of my profession. If I become successful at investing, then the table will turn and I will take investing as my main focus.
