I currently have a couple of different options for a potential investor. First in flipping homes, Enterprise has many opportunities to buy homes between $40 and $50 per sqft that can be flipped and sold between $85 and $100 per sqft.

I am also building new homes and looking for investors for this as well. 

On flip homes I am willing to pay between 10 to 12% on 70% of the repaired value. 

On new construction homes I can pay 8% on 80% of appraised value on a 9 month note.

I am in Enterprise AL, home to Fort Rucker military base. Enterprise is one of the top rated city's in Alabama to build or buy a home. I have been in sales for 20 years and have owned and operated a maintenance and remodeling company where I have been perfecting my skills for the last 8 years. I have recently transitioned my company into new construction and flipping homes. I have recently completed my first new construction home and working my first flip deal. Currently looking for investors for this hot market that I have the privilege working in.
