No, I'm with IMS just north of Ace a few miles. I'll be ready to take action here soon, but there is still a lot more to learn and a lot of connections to make before I jump in. (Don't worry, I'm keeping an eye on the analysis paralysis trap!)

Hey everyone! I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I'm James and I've been bitten by the real estate bug pretty bad. I've only been exploring this whole new world for a month now, but I am about to start my 4th book (I'm a slow reader but getting faster) and have not listened to music in the car for a while now, just podcasts and it's been really amazing learning about real estate.

I am currently the engineering & quality assurance manager for an overhead crane company in Azle and I'm looking to further my knowledge in real estate and figure out how and when to make my first deal. A buddy of mine, who is also a member here, recommended the BP podcasts which, of course, led me here. I've been lurking for a little while but like what I see so far and hope to meet some of you pretty soon at our local meet ups.
