I'm renovating a large duplex in Cleveland Heights. Each side has 4 bedrooms and about 2000 SQ feet. The rent is projected to be $1500 each side. Based on the size medium to large families will likely rent them and based on the rent do you think that they would expect to have a dishwasher?

I'm looking to do a major rehab on a rental property that has all hardwood floors and the walls will be painted Agreeable Gray. What are the best color combinations for the kitchen cabinets and countertops that will be the most appealing for future tenants?

I live in Northern Virginia and I am looking to invest in turn key properties in a few markets in other states.  I would like to connect with other local investors who are already investing in long distance properties.

Many of the local REIA groups seem to be focused only on the local markets. Does anyone have any suggestions for connecting locally with other investors who own properties in other states. Thank you!
