Has any one here actually made money off of subleasing a rental.

More specifically the Brian Page method.

Renting a normal apartment as if you were a live in tenant, the subleasing on air bnb to make a profit.

I can’t find any information on if this strategy works for some quick cash to fund long term rentals.

Does anyone know anything about this? I would really appreciate the help.

Hello Fello Investors,

I’m looking to buy a condo in Hilton Head Island within Sea Pines, Forest Beach, or Palmetto Dunes.

I will be traveling down to the Island this May from Pittsburgh and I am looking for a REA to help with my search.

If any of you would happen to have a good recommendation for me I would LOVE to hear it.

I’m looking to rent out the condo/condos on a weekly basis, so if the agent/lender is good with investors that would be a plus.
