My partner and I are looking for a portfolio lender in Macomb and Oakland Counties in MI. We're buying SFH and interested in a long term relationship with an investor friendly lender in the area.

I'm new to Biggerpockets and I'm very interested in learning and investing in small to medium size multifamily properties. I've looked into several coaching programs in regards to this and their prices vary greatly, $1000-$30000!! Have any of you paid for this type of coaching? Did you find it to be a good investment and have you done deals?

Thanks for any input in regards to this.

I currently live in Denver, CO, but I'm actively looking to buy small SFH in Michigan to hold long term. The two areas in particular are Midland and both Oakland and Macomb counties. We're seeking an experienced real estate broker who works with investors to be our boots on the ground.
