Does anyone know of good contractors in the Houston area that are investor friendly? Specifically, bathrooms/showers/tubs.

New to the forum. I have a single family home rental that I was recently contacted about by an agent with a couple that passed all of our screening checks and we decided to move forward. I sent the lease agreement, and the potential tenant is asking for language in the special provisions to read "tenant is allowed to install wireless camera security system". Generally, I wouldn't care as I would think there would be minimal damage as it relates to this install and would never had questioned if they simply installed the cameras without asking to begin with. However, adding that language within the contract seems like it may open me up to a lack of recourse if there is more damage than what is expected. Another, noteworthy mention is that there are wired cameras installed at the property and after reading this addition, I contacted the representing agent and they indicated that the tenant wants to remove my cameras and install their own and they will reinstall them upon leaving the property. Personally, I am fairly new to rental real estate but on the few leases I have completed, this just seems peculiar. Any thoughts would be helpful.
