Thanks everyone for your help with this, I appreciate all your feedback.

Hello, I have a situation I'm hoping some people might be able to help with. A few days ago, a storm knocked down part of tree on my property and caused some minor damage to the tenant's car. Is this an issue I should look into with my landlord insurance policy, or would the tenant call their renter's insurance and/or car insurance? Thank you for your help.
