As I understand...

Georgia- You're bidding on the deed (not on the lien) for the amount of the tax lien due to unpaid taxes. Owner is afforded a 12 month redemption period. Am I understanding correctly? 

Fulton County- Since they can be so late at posting the curtesy list on their website, do you know if you can acquire the list from the Daily Report without subscribing? And/or how soon have you been able to acquire Fulton County's list before the auction date?
