What’s up BP!

I’m going to be sending out inspectors to review properties like normal but want to consolidate the process to a high level scope of repairs needed.  

Would anyone have a 1 page inspection report they would be willing to share?

I'm interested to hear about your experiences with call centers. We have an acquisition business to drive portfolio growth. We are trying to source quality VA's or a call center with trained employees to handle all the cold calling.

What call centers or VA's sources have you successfully used in the past and would recommend?

I’m a new investor with a focus on the geographic area of North Metro ATL GA and Upstate SC.

I’m looking to network and potentially partner with other investors already in these markets. I’d love to bring portions of what’s needed to close the deal; whether it be the deal, the hustle or the money.

I want to make sure I’m being clear with what im asking. 

I’m considering pulling a loan against my 401k to allow for funding of a property, which can them be paid back in five years according to the CARES act. 

What would be the pros and cons of doing so considering the tax is distributed over the course of 3 years as well as the interest payments for the life of the loan. 

With the CARES Act and the ability to withdraw 100% of my 401k without penalty I am very close to pulling it out as a loan to myself. This way I essentially have 3 years to pay it back and when done it still grows. What thoughts do you guys hav on this?

is this meet up still meeting in a regular basis?
