Bigger Pockets family, I need help!!

I heard that it’s good to be Real estate agent while being an investor, but my questions is that is there any limitations as what you can do as a agent.

I just started my classes and I was wondering if becoming an agent can harm the business of wholesale because I know agents can’t take deals from other agents.

I just want to know the pros and cons of being an Real estate agent while working on becoming a wholesaler.

I just want to build a legacy for me and my future family and I feel the best way will be through investing and I don’t want there to be any set backs as being an agent.

I would appreciate all answers and thank you

Hey everyone! I’m kind of new to Bigger pockets, I’ve been studying wholesaling for awhile on YouTube, books and BiggerPockets. I haven’t done anything yet because I only been curios and I know that’s a big no no and you shouldn’t be scared to make decisions, but I’m in college and I want to make the transition school to real estate. I been interested for real estate for awhile and I just started listening to bigger pockets, so that I can decide what I want to do with real estate and I decided to become Real Estate Agent.

I’m bout to start my classes soon, I have my books coming in next week for class. I would like to be successful in this business and to be successful you need Buyers and sellers. Please forgive me with the question. I know you heard this a thousand time, but how do you build a buyer and seller list???
