Still looking for references here. First gc I used went 20k over budget and I had to let him go. Really just trying to get this project finished without losing anymore!

Just closed on my first property!

Found a GC I like but need an agreement for him. Want one that protects me and has milestones. Does anyone know a good place for me to find a template to use?

I know this is old, but I've spoken to Codie from Alamo told me tons of options. One of the nicer hard money lenders in houston I've spoken to. A broker so there are some points you pay since they arent underwriting themselves, but SUPER nice and super helpful.
