Sandy Reddy I know when it's a short sale your responsible for any other debt that comes with the property. Foreclosed is usually a clear title

Sandy Reddy I would think that you would Be responsible for the loan b as well. So was loan A refinanced and defaulted?

Hey guys , My names James Cassese and iam just starting out investing .i currently reside in New Jersey but my limits are abroad and not limited to this market. I'm looking to meet new people here on bp and connect with each of you guys whether it be wholesalers , contractors , other investors and people that are just starting out like myself .
