I'm looking for a few local San Antonio architects that we can interview for a new renovation project.  Any suggestions?

Miles Stanley Betty Cruz I would love to know who you would recommend for trade services and maybe a brief summary of your experiences. Thank you. As you know, information is gold.

Thanks Betty. I would love to know who to avoid from your personal experiences. That might at least prevent some pain points later on. Thanks for the offer!

I'm new to real estate investing and have a need to build a team of qualified and dependable talent to work with on residential property flips in San Antonio. I currently work full-time in a position that requires me to travel out of state two weeks out of the month during which time property renovations will have to continue.

Can anyone recommend a good general contractor in San Antonio who can keep projects on track while I am out of town?

I'm also looking for a number of specialized subs to interview that may have served you well for foundation, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, tile, masonry, etc.

Post or PM me with any recommendations. Thank you!
