Hello, we are a small group of real estate professionals seeking broker of record for a property management operation. As of now, we are building a small portfolio of rental properties in Philadelphia and are trying to expand our operations to provide property management and rental services to other landlords. We have started a licensed and insured general contracting company in order to serve the maintenance needs of the clients. We have prospective landlords we plan to reach out to once operational.
