Dmitriy do you have experience real estate over here at Staten island ? Just last year it was low 300$ per square ft now it's over 400 high on some homes 

Just one the prices shot up quite alot from just a year ago... Don't know should I pull the trigger at these prices

How is the homes looking over here? I'm planning to buy a home for 550k and rent it out. Or is there better options around here? Sorry first time buyer

I got a budget enough for 750,000 20% down but I'm lost as to where to get property at... My plan is to rent it out and live at my current home. Is there any areas you guys recommend that could eventually result in the house price going up? New to all this!
