I have a unit where the tenants are 21 days late on rent. The scary part is that the water and sewer aren't on to the location. Is there anyway I can take immediate possession or must I wait for my court date which isn't until next month?

@Clay Smith I don't know about sewer in Jeffersonville but in Indianapolis the sewer is paid by whomever the bills name is in.

@Rodney Kuhl, Thanks for the offer Rodney. I've been talking to some BP friends offline and everyone's getting rid of carpet if they can. My house has decent hard woods so we're going to try to save them. @Greg Bieberich Thanks for the info Greg I know where that place is but have never been inside. I'll have to price check them.

Wilfredo if you're not having a go at us you should probably call your attorney. Kind of like they say on Craigslist never wire money sight unseen. I can tell you with some certainty that If you met this person on Craigslist you might have just bought yourself a learning experience.
