Hello all. My name is Matt Ansley. I am a career Naval Officer transitioning from active duty next year. I'm very hopeful to network and find resources in regards to real estate development. I am considering some development courses such as the program offered by REDII.org, the Real Estate Development Institute. I'd be interested in what any experienced real estate profesionals have to say about resources to help get started such as books, courses, workshops, or other ideas. I've done about a dozen single family home projects, but am interested in developing small, efficient, retirement homes. My undergraduate degree is in Business.  Looking forward to what you have to say.
