Hello,

I'm looking for real estate agents to help find BRRRR deals in OKC. I'm a out of state investor looking to buy mid Jan early Feb. I'm looking for properties that have a 12%COC return, $200 net cash flow, and able to add 20 to 25% value over the all acquisitions and rehab costs. This will be an all cash buy with 150k. I have funds for more deals once we can establish a team and hit our goals. OKC looks like a great city and would like to be apart of it. I'm really excited to get started and looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you

James
