Thanks Michael for your responds. We allowed the buyer to pick the closing date to give him the time he needed.

Good morning, I have a problem. My buyer did not show up to the closing and I can't get ahold of him. He has giving me EMD but our contract is not up until the 24 of this month. My question is what will happen if I go with another buyer before the 24?

Hey guys and gals, I have a question. How do you purchase a vacant property that the owner is decease with no will and no family?

Please help, I am stuck.
