I’m looking for multi family meet ups in the Bakersfield,ca area.

@Pamela Sandberg I jus went to a business conference in Phoenix back in January and I was really impressed with the city, great to hear about the growth as well and I appreciate your feedback greatly. And I will keep a close eye on the Phoenix market. Thank you very much

@Ali Boone my strategy is to invest in multi family. Duplex and fourplex to start and use the brrrr strategy to increase my number of doors over time. Lately I’ve been seeing some investors kind of apprehensive towards the California market, so I jus wanted to gain clarity. Thank you,your feed back is much appreciated
