Thanks guys, would anyone suggest partnering with a family member that has good credit and willing to put up the cash, down payment on a hard money loan ?

Me and my wife are interested in getting into the real estate business, but no cash, and poor credit. Any creative minds out there have any ideas how we can still get funding to buy, fix and flip a home in new jersey ?
