Looking for an investor who lends money on any Indiana (Indianapolis)primary residence for short term financing to pay off a land contract on residence.   Any names would be appreciated.

I have sold residential homes on land contract for seller financing but are not for sure if I would do a similar contract for a mobile home for documentation that they  would receive title at the balloon payment and to make sure any repairs are their responsibilities?
