I'm eyeing my first property 4 plex that needs some work. I'm also going in the property with 4 or 5 other partners. What are the pros and cons of this approach? Should we form an LLC? @Warren Currier I have primarily focused on residential painting (exterior and exterior). My goal is to bring value to my relationships through my painting skill. I’m hoping to meet and potentially do business with more experienced investors in exchange. My long term goals are to own several rental properties and eventually replace my income as a painter. I’m yet to decide what aspect of real estate that would be best for me.
