@Taylor Burns

Hi Taylor! I believe I met you at the BARE Ted talk type event in Lakewood. I’m open to having a small mastermind group as well where we can bounce ideas around. There is a few people I know of that we can bring together and meet maybe once or twice a month and hold each other accountable. Let me know if you’re interested

@Lauren Hogan

Sellers usually pay both buyer and agent commission. Sometimes investors will ph agent on the buy side if they found a deal for them, or they get the listing on the back end. All negotiable of course.

Also, settlement statement towards closing time is sent out, that’s where you see who pays and how much fees are.

@DuBeaux Dingle

I go to local meetups and specifically target new investors/private money people

Another thing would be to start a local meetup where you play Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game. One of the brokers at my old office did this and had a steady stream of investor clients

@Jim Witten just tell him to submit an offer for his buyer and have his buyer pay the commission

@Kevin Dong yes I tried to base a lot of it off my last rehab which was a big mistake. It’s also hard to take up a contractors home going to look at tons of houses I don’t end up buying
