Hello BP,

I have a multifamily property about to go under contract this week, and I am in need of an attorney to help with the purchase.  Anyone have any recommendations? I am also in search of a home inspector as well. Property is located in Trenton NJ if that makes any difference.

Post: USAA and Loans that get close to $50K

Outside of my car insurance I have no experience with USAA, but you will need to reach out to local credit unions. I am currently looking to purchase a property in the $70K-$80K range and have found that all of the credit unions I have reached out to are able to service the loan (all have $50K minimums).
