Thanks for replying back to my post. What I know so far is that I should look for discounted properties and get under contract and assign a contract to a cash buyer and potentially make a profit out of it. I figure it's a good way to get my foot in the door into REI... I just want to find good sites to find properties/cash buyers so I can create my portfolio and sell it to a buyer! How did you get into realestate ? What are your thoughts about wholesaling ? Especially for someone who is in their early 20's ?

Hi Everyone, 

As stated on my subject line I am from the Lynn area here in Massachusetts. I am a full time college student majoring in technology and aspiring to be a real estate investor. I am looking into wholesaling and hopefully this can lead me into buy and hold and flipping homes. I want to start now and I was hoping any senior investors out there can give me some advice as to where to start ? I've been doing research and plan to collaborate with people in my area to start my wholesaling journey. 

 I am open to speaking with realtors, agents, lawyers anyone who can give me advice, success stories, mistakes anything you'd like to share. I am excited to start! And I feel empowered and I want to make this happen.
