For a first time wholesale deal what are thoughts on doing a deal out of state? I'm in Arizona and looking to do a deal in Colorado. Anybody have experience on this topic? -Jalen

Thanks @Sean Murray for reaching out it's nice to hear from alumni. My reasoning for wholesale is pretty simple. I know myself and it is a better fit for me and my personality. I've always had strong interest in real estate. However, I was struggling to find out what was right for me. After doing research I just feel comfortable with the wholesaling process and believe it puts myself in a position to succeed. As of now no I do not have future plans for residential or commercial brokerage. Additionally I do not intend to obtain my license. Again thanks for reaching out I'd love to connect and possibly one day help you and your business.
