Anyone have any insight or experience with Ken Corsini's REI institute?

I’m very interested but the pitch from our interviewer left more questions and no guarantee of mentorship practices, not to mention a little instigation that made for a bad idea in our minds.  

I don’t want to spend thousands to be told to read a book or watch a webinar. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m beyond ready to dive in and this opportunity seems decent yet vague.
