Attached is a P&L that was sent to me. I'm looking for some experienced investors to give feedback on what to look for when reading a P&L. I know it doesn't tell the whole story but highlights or things you see that are off or could be easily improved would be much appreciated. Just note that rents are pretty basic for this area.
