Hey Nick

I know how stressful it all is however I just had a couple listings come into my brokerage that came In Around 265k - 300k range in the Boise meridian area. They do exist but they go quick:) if you’re open to it I could keep an ear out for you guys :)

Hello 

I was wondering if anyone in the Idaho, Treasure Valley area had any recommendations on local REIAs to get involved with. I've search around a bit but haven't been able to find any active groups. I'm not sure if its just due to Covid and not a lot of people are wanting to gather or if its just due to the fact that our market does not have a heavy investor influence in the area.
