@Landon Eskew I have only been in construction since I moved to Spokane about six months but have worked making signs and landscaping for a long time. I am looking to flip a house, find a four-plex and house hack, or find a house that the zoning will allow for it to be converted into a multi unit place to rent out.  I will send you a message so we can arrange a meet up.

Just as the title says I am looking for all those investors in the Spokane or Coeur D Alene area that need a little help in whatever it is that they have going on. Maybe you have too much to do and need some help with the demo on the flip you are doing, could use an extra hand with the remodel to prepare for new renters, or need someone to help drive for dollars for you. I would love to help you out. 

I have construction experience and I am currently working for a water/ fire damage specialist. I have all most all tools needed and access to many more. That is the area where I could provide the most value, but I am interested in other opportunities as well. 

I am not looking for a job, rather I am looking to help you while you help me by letting me pick your brain and maybe help me make a few bucks extra to put towards a deal. Ideally I am looking to prove to someone I have what it takes for them to trust in me enough to partner with my on my first deal and provide some guidance.

My name is Jake Redd I am a recent college grad who is new to the Spokane area. I moved up here with my wife so she could attend Physical Therapy school and we love the area. I recently realized that Real Estate investing is the way I want to go with my career. I am working in construction and have an interest in flipping houses and house hacking. 

Right now my goals are to learn everything I can about flipping houses and in the next year buy a duplex and house hack it. I am currently looking for a contractor that I can work for and use as a mentor. I am also eager to attend any meet ups or networking events so I can further my knowledge. Help me to take action!
