Hey Ozzi, I’d probably start with flipping maybe using hard money lending to help build up my cash on hand and then transition into acquiring rental properties to develop cash flow. I know BP talks about picking one and being an expert in that one area but for my goals this route seems to be the most logical. Let me know your thoughts! Jake

Hey Kyle! I currently live in canton and would be looking in the Baltimore city area or even maybe towards Annapolis. I would love to get rental properties and start generating some positive cash flow. But also am very intrigued by foreclosures and flipping those. Jake
