I am in need of a reliable and fair priced handyman for a few projects on my three family in Bristol, CT. Does anyone have a recommendation? I have tried to hire four people in the last two months and they have all been no shows. I want to say screw it and continue do it all myself, but as you all know time is limited and having an extra hand is necessary.

Dave, I know you posted this awhile ago but I am newer to BP and just saw this.  My wife and I are new to real estate investing as well and are also looking for potential investors to join up with.  Also are the meetings at Wood N Tap in Rocky Hill still happening and if so when are they?
