Michael Le. What do you mean ask for the financials of the NOI listed? The property is vacant. I can only assume the owner had a business and folded. I guess if he didn't rent the space the OI would be his personal business income? I'm not sure how to figure out a projected NOI, except to find a comparable warehouses NOI and find what rent or lease amount those going for... I'll need more info to answer my questions. I didn't know if the selling agent would steal me in the right direction or not.

Morning. I'm looking to find info on a warehouse building. Such as previous uses and if the property was rented out or used for personal business to figure out the NOI. My question is, are these type of questions the listing agent could answer for me? Thanks.
