Hello,

I am currently an Army Officer set to get out of the military soon, and stationed in Southern California. I'd like to get involved in the real estate investing industry and have been reading, listening to podcasts, and educating myself.

Right now I am trying to find a full time job in a position that will give me some experience I can use to help kick start my own real estate investments (interested in rehabbing). So far I have been looking at home builder superintendent/manager roles. Can any one suggest similar jobs that would provide experience that relates to real estate investing? I'm open to just about any location. Learning and developing skills is my main concern.
