Quote from @Lisa Smelter:

I used New Western and it was a very smooth deal.  I got the property for 30K less than market value.  I am a buy and holder so I can't help with any information on flipping.  Kate Cabada was my agent and she really excelled in the communication department.  She has contacts for private money lenders if you need those as well.  Good Luck!

Thank you Lisa,
I just messaged you regarding this. Would love to talk!

@Jake Jones one more thing. Make sure you pull your own comps. I look at almost every deal they send and their comps have been WAY off.

Thank you, Kimberly! Happy to hear you had a good easy experience with them! If I don’t have access to the MLS what do you recommend for running Comps?

@Jake Jones you can easily pull comps from redfin, realtor, zillow. and, given the ever changing market, I only trust what's sold the past 60 days prior to be honest. Zillow's 'recently sold' goes back years, so make sure you're looking at the date something sold (and the DOM before it sold). Also, I'm sure you're aware but there are TONS of other ways to find wholesale deals. Look on Facebook marketplace, join local REI facebook groups, post that you're looking for a flip and want to be added to wholesale lists.

 Thank you so much Kimberly!!!!

Are you looking for confirmation that they are a legit company? If so I can say definitively, yes they are legit.

As long as you have funding and can close the transaction they'll sell to you, so I'm not sure what you're looking for when it comes to finding someone who's purchased from them before? If you can explain it will probably help you get better answers to your question.

I just wanted to see what people’s experience was with doing business with the company. If it was a smooth or a rough experience basically. Thank you for the response!

I really want to purchase my first fix and Flip through them, but don’t know anyone who has experience of doing it. Thanks for the response.

Hey everybody I’m wanting to fix and flip my first property this year. Has anyone ever purchased from New western wholesaling company?
