Hey everyone, my name is Jake Jones, I am originally from Montana but my wife and kids just recently moved to North Idaho from Texas. I am a construction manager for Lennar Homes, I build single family residential homes and multi-family townhomes for them. I am getting close to purchasing my first investment property and looking for any help or guidance anyone can offer. I’ve done a lot of reading and listening to podcasts about investing but still have a ton to learn.
