@Lesley Resnick that's pretty cool, would be interested in connecting for an FAQ on your past projects, FNF and new builds. Lol DIY TV makes everything look simple, hopefully we never take anything for face value. My land is behind Edward Waters College on 11th st and it's zoned residential (RLD60).

Hi @Lesley Resnick the market is nuts right now. Probably on pace for record breaking numbers if it hasn't already passed those figures. But interesting how fix & flips are doing so well during this market, and hard money lenders are salivating at the mouth with the returns they're getting. Did you have any fix & flips during this market, and if so how was your experience? Also how long has your build been under construction? Looking forward to your end result on your project!!

Hi @Alan Brooks the lot is located in 32209. Im always hearing from other investors and realtors how new builds are getting expensive due to the market and how materials are taking so much time to get to the job site. Patience is not my best friend, especially when real estate projects are all about getting things done before or on-time. But I do agree, I want to get some quotes from at least 3 builders, so now Im on the hunt. Will definitely reach out and connect if I have additional questions and tips that come to mind, and want to see the end result on your new build. Thanks for the heads-up and tip!

Hi all,

I have an empty lot planning to build a residential home. Looking for a General Contractor in Jacksonville, FL who has experience with single family new builds. Would definitely help if the GC already has blueprints of previous homes done in the past. Want the home to be something simple nothing major, 1 or 2 story, 3 bd and 2 ba, between 1200 - 1500 sq ft. Would anyone have a GC in mind, greatly appreciate the help.

Thanks,

J.Cobb
