Thank you Jaycee! I don't think I will be able to make this one but will definitely attend the one in March. I also really appreciate the maintenance reference

Hey Megan - I'm a new investor in the St Louis area. Can't make this meet up but would love to join for the next one

Hi everyone - I'm an investor in the Saint Louis Missouri area. Have been talking about getting into real estate investing for the last 2-3 years and finally pulled the trigger on a 3 unit house hack in Soulard that will be closing later this month and will be self-managing the property.

I'm trying to network a bit with other investors, build a solid team of contractors / handymen, and set my systems up in way to scale, but also so my tenants have a good experience. I travel somewhat frequently for work during the weeks so also trying to wrap my head around how to best structure for that.

Anyone open to connecting and / or have any trusted people to help in the event of maintenance issues?

Hi All - I'm a single family / small multi-family investor in the greater St. Louis area - both the Missouri and Illinois side, and am looking to grow my team and network. I'd love to connect with others that invest in the area as well as meet any property managers, contractors, or insurers in the area as well.

@Max Householder I've heard the same things about Bevo. I had looked at a place in Dogtown but it was hard to justify paying double or triple what i would pay for a multi-family in Bevo.

You know of any good property managers in the area?
