Hi All - I'm a single family / small multi-family investor in the greater St. Louis area - both the Missouri and Illinois side, and am looking to grow my team and network. I'd love to connect with others that invest in the area as well as meet any property managers, contractors, or insurers in the area as well.

@Max Householder I've heard the same things about Bevo. I had looked at a place in Dogtown but it was hard to justify paying double or triple what i would pay for a multi-family in Bevo.

You know of any good property managers in the area?

@Max Householder I'm primarily looking in the Bevo and Dutchtown, but am unsure of the area. Dogtown, Central west end, and Foulard would be great as well but its a little pricier there as you probably know

@Geordy Rostad I live about 20 minutes from the city so thought it would be a good place to start. I appreciate the tools, will definitely come in handy.

Thanks for the input! I'll definitely start looking for some local meet-ups to meet people. I should be able to pull together enough money for the FHA as well.

Hi everyone, I'm new to investing and am looking to start in St. Louis. Any advice anyone can offer about the area?

I am just getting started investing in the St. Louis area and am hoping to brrrr properties around the city. I am currently looking for funding, but don't think I'll qualify for a hard money loan due to lack of cash reserves. How can I get started without going this route?
